These terms
We want to help as many players as possible get what they need to play football at the highest level. These terms govern your use of these services.
Pateka Soccer Academy (“we” or “us”) can modify this Terms of Use Agreement at any time. If we make any changes to it, we will provide notice through our services, or by other means, to provide you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective. If you object to any changes, you may contact us, and we will take necessary action.
Disclaimer
All care and caution is taken at all times but, in the case of a mishap, we cannot accept liability for any injury that may occur whilst participating in one of our coaching programs. Parents and guardians understand and are fully aware of the risks associated with their child participating in the activities provided by us. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to any personal belongings while attending one of our coaching programs.
Attendance
Please ensure that you arrive on time for all training sessions (at least 5 minutes prior to start time is preferred). If you arrive late, the session will not run over to make up for lost time.
Cancellation policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule a one-on-one or group session booking, please advise us at least 24 hours prior to the session to receive a full refund or reschedule free of charge. For cancellation or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the session, please contact us.
If you wish to cancel or are unable to attend a School Session or School Holiday Program, you will not be eligible for a refund after you have paid for the term or class in full. However, we will offer a make-up session for the class your child missed. Just get in touch and we'll arrange a time.
If one of our coaches needs to cancel due to weather or illness, a make-up session will be created to make up for the missed session; if that is not possible, refunds will be provided.
Use of photographs & video
We occasionally take photographs and video of our coaches and players during sessions and other Pateka Soccer Academy events. Pateka Soccer Academy holds the right to use any images taken of your child in publications, promotional material and on its website in order to promote Pateka Soccer Academy.
You may at any time withdraw permission for photos or video footage taken of your child to be used by us, by informing our coaches in writing.
Communication
To fulfil our obligations to you under these terms and conditions, we will communicate with you by email and by posting notices on the website. You agree to receive communications from us electronically, and that electronic communications will satisfy any legal requirement for communications which need to be in writing.
